Terracoustic is an adventurous original string trio featuring mandolin, six-string fiddle and upright bass. Their tunes are strongly rooted in American and Irish dance traditions, but frequently explode into unexpected and amazing new vistas and textures – spontaneous group improvisation, keen virtuosity and always deep, deep grooves.

Featuring mandolinist and tin-whistler Tim Connell, six-string fiddle wizard Ben Blechman, and upright bassist extraordinaire Josh Feinberg, Terracoustic takes audiences on a foot-stomping sonic journey from the back porch to outer space and back home again.
